NERSC seminar: Using food web models to study multiple driver effects on marine ecosystem dynamics

Global marine ecosystems are changing at unprecedented rates. This change is largely driven by climate, but also by direct anthropogenic pressures including, e.g., fishing, pollution and marine traffic. Furthermore, in near future the effects of both environmental and anthropogenic pressures are expected to intensify in many regions. Consequently, methods that can be used to study the combined effects of multiple drivers are valuable tools in the process of understanding potential future change in marine environments.
